Weaknesses are the cause of susceptibility and evil in the world

In the Name of Allah

Ibn Sina (Avicenna) in his book Al Shefa (The Book of Healing) in the section Al-Ilahiyat (Theology), page 23 explains:
“God, through His Divine Favour, has brought into existence creatures in the system of creation, but are all these creatures in fact good or are some only good on the outside and  in fact evil?
In other words, if this creature is good and a source of mercy, why does torment and torture appear after some time? Where do diseases, pains, disobediences and crimes caused by this source of good originate from?
Ibn Sina says: These creatures, which have appeared, are strange and could not have been created accidentally or spontaneously.

Is this source of good, part of God’s Eternal Knowledge? Or is it distinct from Eternal Knowledge? What is the right opinion to be presented?
Are murder, hunger and poverty, oppression and injustice in the world caused by this creature which is good in essence? Or are they caused by creatures which are evil in essence?
The ‘essence’ of creatures has been created good, in other words what Allah has created and provided with ‘Eternal Knowledge’ or ‘Favour’ or ‘Mercy’ or ‘Will’ or ‘Blessing’; whatever He has granted is good, therefore, are these evils and oppressions caused by the system of creation? But the entire system of creation is from Him, so where do these oppressions and evils in the world stem from?
Esteemed philosopher, professor Mosavi believes: All evils in the world result from ‘weaknesses’. He says:
The evil in the world are caused by the weak. If there were no weak people in the world, no evil would appear (Friedrich Nietzsche and some other western philosophers believed the same). If a weak person did not exist to receive a foreign outsider agent (such as a virus) no disease would have existed.
The most important issue is that: The more vacuum a material has, the weaker and the poorer it is and thus it is more susceptible. (Such as soil which is more susceptible compared to stone, since soil is poor, it is porous and accepts whatever is poured upon it. But stone is impervious.
This is why one day wheat grows out of soil and another day barley and another onions and other days other plants grow.
Therefore is this soil to be trusted?
Who can trust one who is forever hungry, is forever seeking a prey, his mouth is forever open and he who accepts whatever is poured into his mouth? What does a society consider moral?
It should be mentioned that ‘susceptibility’ in itself is valuable but towards a source and an origin not towards whatever the wind of life brings towards one. In the latter case, the person is not to be trusted.
Therefore, one should ‘accept’ something, but what should he accept? He should accept a source and principle and should not turn to other directions or accept other things.
This is the reason why many have said:
If you look carefully, all evils and miseries in the world are due to weak susceptible people.
